The "Full Text" limit only retrieves articles packaged with the library CINAHL subscription. It eliminates other subscribed articles!- Need articles from nursing journals? Use the Journal Subset menu.
- Research Article retrieves both primary research and secondary research. Check with your instructor about whether secondary research articles, like meta analyses or systematic reviews, are acceptable for assignments.
- Evidence-Based Practice not returning enough results? Use Research Article instead.
