The Incubator Without Walls (IWW) program helps people start and expand businesses with ten or fewer employees through a number of course offerings. During the 12-session class we will discuss Business Concept, Legal Structures of Business, The Importance of a Business Plan, Sales and Marketing, Credit and Loans, Record Keeping, Financials and Cash Flow, as well as many other topics.
Venturing Forth: Business Planning for Entrepreneurs (New Ventures Maine)
A 60-hour course in business planning. The following topics are covered in depth: your customer, competition, marketing, record keeping, taxes, financing, legal aspects, and more. At the end of the class, you will have a completed business plan.
In this program, you will develop a business concept and take it through each step of the business planning process. Through readings and research, activities and action steps, you will plan and analyze your entrepreneurial vision by creating a thoroughly researched and tested Business Plan.
