The Raymond H. Fogler Library has a small number of publisher license agreements that enable UMaine faculty, staff, and students to publish their research as open access (OA) journal articles, without the need to pay an article processing charge (APC). The publishers listed below do not charge the library any additional fees for OA publishing on top of the library's existing subscription cost.
Some license agreements below enable authors affiliated with ANY University of Maine System campus to publish open access. Open access publishing and fee waiver applicability is indicated under "Author Affiliation."
